- All thrifted shoes are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.

- Slight colour differences due to lighting or screen settings are not grounds for returns.
- Products significantly different from their descriptions may qualify for review.

- Most items are unique and available in limited quantities.
- Stock availability is subject to confirmation.
- Unavailable confirmed orders will be cancelled or resolved appropriately, including refunds for payments already collected.
5. Orders & Confirmation
- Customers must provide accurate names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses.

- Relic Wear may reject suspicious, fraudulent, or incomplete orders where legally permitted.
6. Pricing & Payments
- Available payment methods will be shown or communicated.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) must be paid upon delivery but shipping charges must be paid upfront.

7. Shipping & Delivery
- Nationwide delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier availability.

8. Tracking
- Orders are checked and packed before courier handover.

- Relic Wear will reasonably assist with shipping inquiries.
9. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests should be made before dispatch.
- Orders already handed to couriers may not be cancellable through normal procedures.
- Eligible prepaid cancellations will be refunded according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be considered for:
- Wrong product or incorrect size.
- Undisclosed significant defects.
- Products materially different from their descriptions.
- Damaged products or parcels.
Customers must report issues within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy, providing order details and photographs where appropriate.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Previously disclosed minor wear is not normally eligible for return. Statutory consumer rights remain protected.
